Shocking News: Georgia bulldogs has lost a super star….

Famous Georgia bulldogs super start Tyler Williams is…

Tyler Williams, a wide receiver for Georgia, declared his transfer to Minnesota on Tuesday night. He will be eligible for another four years.

In his redshirt season with the Bulldogs the previous year, Williams saw action in just two games and had one reception for four yards. Before committing to Georgia, he received scholarship offers from over 35 Power 5 institutions as a four-star talent right out of high school.

His scouting report (247 Sports):

a possible big-play creator outside the paint. Technically, he’s really green, which makes sense considering that in his early prep career, he was largely used as a quarterback. Despite this, possesses a lot of potential as a wide receiver because of his agile movement patterns and contested catch abilities. Although height and weight are unknown, the person seems to be over 6-foot-2 and pushing 205 pounds after gaining about 15 pounds on what was formerly a lean, wiry body. thick through the glutes and provides space for more upper-body mass addition.

After the catch, he gets quite competitive as he uses his long stride to cut through traffic and gain significant yardage. has made great progress as a route runner over the last eight months or so, but at this point in his development, he seems to be more successful at establishing separation on deeper stuff than he is on shorter things. Given his height and weight, he should eventually be able to hold his own as a blocker, but he lacks a lot of experience interacting with opponents and moving them aside. Must also improve at using his hands to attack the football rather than merely depending on advantageous body alignment to make grabs.

caught just 20 catches in his junior year, but in his senior year, he got out to a fast start and was able to contribute as a wide receiver and a return man at one of the most illustrious high school football programs in the Sunshine State. Though he has the physical attributes to become a starter at the Power Five level and perhaps even an NFL Draft pick in the future if he continues to improve and embrace coaching, he will probably need some time to get used to the tempo of the game on Saturdays.
