After Tari Eason, a forward for the Houston Rockets, taunted the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, veteran Draymond Green has retaliated.

Eason took to Instagram after the Rockets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder for the eighth time in a row at Paycom Center to remind the Warriors that Houston was very much in the running for the tenth spot in the Western Conference.

Before the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets play on April 4, Draymond Green has responded to Tari Eason.

‘I know they not enjoying this!!!’ Eason wrote beside his frequent exhortations for the Warriors “to come out to play” on his Instagram story. Just two weeks remain until the regular season ends, and Houston’s winning streak has allowed them to close the gap with Golden State for the tenth position by one game.

“I know they’re not having fun with this!” On his Instagram story, Eason added next to his repeated calls for the Warriors “to come out to play.” With two weeks left in the regular season, Houston has closed the distance to Golden State for tenth place by one game thanks to their recent winning streak.

The fact that he hasn’t participated in a game since January 1st surprises me a little. Therefore, calling for someone to come outside and play when they aren’t going to do so can be difficult. Your guys are under a lot of stress because you are unable to assist them.

Although Green said, “I don’t give a damn about the Rockets,” after the Rockets’ Sunday loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, it was actually Green who might have started the back and forth, to be fair to Eason.

In any case, Eason’s response was still a simple and fairly embarrassing one, and he won’t be able to live up to the rhetoric when Houston hosts Golden State in a crucial game on April 4 at Toyoto Center.

Young star Alperun Sengun, who is also out for the season, has also played a major role in the Rockets’ winning run. Meanwhile, the Warriors are enjoying back-to-back victories against the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic earlier in the week.

Golden State has a history of developing a rivalry of sorts with young teams; in the 2022 postseason, they memorably met and defeated the youthful Memphis Grizzlies, and in the 2023 postseason, they defeated their rival Sacramento Kings from the Pacific. Considering that both clubs are still fighting to qualify for the postseason, this one seems a touch less genuine.
