• Following the disappointing conclusion of the Dallas Cowboys’ season, there has been a great deal of finger-pointing. With a 12-5 record at the end of the regular season, the Cowboys were tied for the NFC lead, but they were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. The Green Bay Packers delivered a crushing 48-32 victory over Dallas in the Wild Card round, causing them agony once more.
  • Star quarterback Dak Prescott has, understandably, drawn a lot of flak following that heartbreaking defeat. How swiftly the supporters brandish pitchforks against the three-time Pro Bowler is no longer surprising. Cowboys standout Micah Parsons, for his part, thinks all the criticism is unjustified.

Micah Parsons Supports Teammate Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys

Following Parsons’s victory as MVP of the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Friday, the well-known Cowboys hater Stephen A. Smith of ESPN was openly mocked by Parsons.

When Parsons made a special appearance on Stephen A’s show, the former Defensive Player of the Year and Smith engaged in a heated debate. Among the subjects of discussion was Prescott and his play in the Packers defeat.
“You analyze everyone differently (than you do Dak),” Parsons said bluntly to Smith, accusing him of unfairly prejudiced against his Cowboys colleague.

As a result, the two debated the divisive topic back and forth. Parsons then launched into a long tirade in which he both adamantly defended Prescott and accepted responsibility for their devastating loss to Green Bay:
