Jose Riveiro, the head coach of Orlando Pirates, has finally addressed speculation surrounding his future at the club.
The Buccaneers are on fire this season, and fans are understandably anxious about the prospect of losing their illustrious manager!
Since his arrival at Orlando Pirates a little over two years ago, Riveiro has secured three MTN8 titles and two Nedbank Cup trophies, solidifying his status as a serial winner.
With his contract expiring at the end of the current season, the Spaniard has confirmed that discussions with the club’s management will be necessary to clarify his future.
“That’s a great question, and one that matters to many. I’ll provide the standard response: at this moment, we are navigating a pivotal phase of the season. We haven’t even reached halfway yet,” Riveiro said in an interview with Marawa Sports World, as reported by Soccer Laduma.
