Wonderful news! As the official NFL schedule leaks/announcements continue, it became evident this morning that Tampa Bay will not have to travel out of the country this season to play the best sport in the United States.
Seven teams are traveling to Europe to play (England and Germany), with only the Panthers in the NFC South footing the bill for the exhausting journey. They will play the Giants at Allianz Arena in Munich (not to be confused with Major League Soccer’s stunning Allianz Field in Minnesota).
Roger Goodell appears to want to punish the Germans with terrible quarterback performance.
The Jaguars will play two games overseas, hence the uneven number of teams.
The Eagles and Packers play Week 1 in Brazil.
So the Bucs officially will have nine home games at The Licht House. That’s never happened in a regular season.
