Draymond Green is pursuing a player that plays for the Houston Rockets who isn’t Dillon Brooks.
With a winning streak of ten games and counting, the Rockets are currently the hottest team in basketball. Houston was 25-34 at the beginning of March, and their season looked all but finished. However, this month they appeared out of nowhere and seized the opportunity to propel themselves back into the Western Conference play-in race, where the Rockets are currently only one game behind the Golden State Warriors for the final berth.
Tari Eason, a forward with the Rockets, decided to start teasing the Warriors after Houston’s most recent victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday. “Warriors, come out to play!” Eason teased Golden State while live on Instagram. (repeating the well-known movie line).

The Warriors star Green responded to Eason’s shenanigans in the most recent episode of his podcast, The Volume, which goes by the same name. Since Eason hasn’t even played in months due to an injury, Green made fun of him for talking too much.
Regarding Eason, Green remarked, “I am a little surprised that he hasn’t played in a game since January 1st.” “It’s not easy to come outside and say, ‘Come out and play,’ when you’re not going to play. Your guys are under a lot of stress because you are unable to assist them.
Early on, the former All-Rookie Second Team member Eason contributed significantly to the Rockets, averaging 9.8 points and 7.0 rebounds in less than 22 minutes per game while coming off the bench. However, he has already missed all of January due to a lower leg injury, and he just had surgery that will keep him out of the game for the rest of the season.
Maybe this is Eason’s way of keeping his influence felt in spite of his injury. As you may remember, earlier this month, Eason also publicly disparaged another well-known rival on social media.
