To put it mildly, the Green Bay Packers’ offseason has been eventful thus far. A few weeks ago, the majority of observers and supporters assumed that Green Bay would part ways with AJ Dillon and retain Aaron Jones. As of the now, Aaron Jones plays for the Minnesota Vikings, and Dillon is a member of the Packers’ 2024 roster.

The Packers parted ways with Aaron Jones as a direct result of Josh Jacobs’ signing. When Jacobs arrived in Green Bay, there was joy as well as sadness. The 26-year-old rushing back, who finished just one season behind the league’s top rusher, thrilled the fans by joining the team. Moving on from Jones, though, was not what everyone had anticipated.

However, Jacobs will remain a Packers player for the time being. By coincidence, something also had an effect on one of the team’s quarterbacks.
