The team’s preparation for the NFL Scouting Combine has shown how well they have worked together. Carthon initially addressed the media on Tuesday, describing meetings in Nashville when player personnel scouts and the coaching staff convened to talk about team needs and the attributes that would be ideal in players for those roles. “Every position coach assembled their desired candidates for their respective roles during a lengthy profile tape meeting. It has a lot of detail. We met with the offensive and defensive coaches for four hours each on the first day, and we will also meet with the special teams coaches.

Carthon notably mentioned the coach’s father, praising the caliber of his observations. One of the greatest in the business is a man by the name of Bill Callahan, also known as Big Coach.
